4. AI-Assisted Development and Client Confidentiality
We may use artificial intelligence tools and AI-assisted technologies for code generation, technical analysis, testing, documentation, and engineering workflows. We recognize that client source code, business logic, documentation, and other proprietary materials may be confidential.
We seek to limit information shared with AI providers to what is reasonably necessary for authorized work, use appropriate access controls and vendor settings, review relevant vendor data-use terms, avoid unnecessary sharing of credentials and sensitive information, and respect contractual confidentiality and AI-use restrictions.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Security
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Its reporting may include page views, traffic trends, approximate visitor regions, referral sources, browser and device categories, and technical performance information. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies or collecting personally identifiable information for analytics reporting.
Separately, Cloudflare's hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, requests, and technical information to maintain availability, detect malicious activity, and prevent abuse. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect website forms from automated submissions.
If we add other analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this policy and implement notices or consent mechanisms where required. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, contractual, and operational requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the nature of our relationship. When no longer needed, we seek to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
8. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. These may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encrypted communications, and security capabilities of our infrastructure providers. No electronic system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Sensitive credentials and confidential materials should be shared through approved channels.
9. International Data Transfers
Speqterity is based in the United States and may use providers that process information in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where applicable laws require specific safeguards for international transfers, we will take appropriate steps to meet those requirements.
