Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: November 5, 2026

Welcome to Speqterity. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of speqterity.com (the “Website”), operated by Speqterity LLC (“Speqterity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Professional services are subject to separate written agreements.

1. About Speqterity

Speqterity LLC is a United States-based software development company offering AI product development, MVP development, SaaS development, web and mobile application development, API and systems integration, and related technical consulting and engineering services.

Website descriptions are general information, not binding offers, guarantees of availability, or commitments to undertake a project.

2. Acceptable Website Use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and without interfering with its security, availability, or operation. You must not attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; bypass security controls; use automation to disrupt the Website; submit fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or abusive material; or exploit protected Website content without authorization except as permitted by law.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, or legal interests.

3. Professional Services and Client Agreements

Submitting a form, requesting a proposal, or communicating with Speqterity does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed with a project. Professional engagements are governed by applicable executed proposals, statements of work, master services agreements, or other written agreements.

Such agreements may address scope, deliverables, timelines, payments, cooperation, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, testing, warranties, support, changes, termination, and disputes. If an executed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding covered professional services, the executed agreement controls.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Development Technologies

We may use AI, automation, and third-party technologies in engineering and business workflows, depending on project requirements and applicable agreements. AI-assisted outputs may need testing, review, validation, or modification before production use. We do not represent that AI-generated outputs are universally error-free, fit for every purpose, or free of third-party intellectual property concerns.

Specific commitments regarding AI use, confidentiality, human review, and technical validation are governed by applicable client agreements. Personal information practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Website Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website's original text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Speqterity and protected by applicable law. You may view Website content for lawful informational purposes, but may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission except as permitted by law.

You may not use Speqterity branding to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without authorization. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are determined exclusively by the applicable written client agreement.

6. Project Inquiries and Submitted Information

By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you have authority to provide the information and that doing so does not violate law or others' rights. You retain ownership of submitted information, subject to separately agreed terms, and authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and conduct related business activities consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish a confidential client relationship or project acceptance. Do not send passwords, API secrets, sensitive personal information, or highly confidential materials through the general contact form; use approved channels and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.

7. Third-Party Services and External Links

Our Website may link to third-party platforms and services. They operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. References do not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speqterity disclaims express and implied warranties relating to the Website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy or completeness of content, freedom from all vulnerabilities, or suitability for particular decisions.

Nothing here limits express commitments in an executed client agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speqterity LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Website, including lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or data.

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for professional services is governed by the applicable written client agreement.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that the policy is available to you. Where law requires consent for particular processing, we will seek it separately.

11. Website Availability and Modifications

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Website features and service descriptions. We are not obligated to maintain particular features indefinitely. Website changes do not automatically modify existing client agreements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to Website use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or Website use shall be brought in state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in New York, New York. By using the Website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or overrides dispute resolution provisions in separately executed client agreements.

13. Severability

If a provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent permitted or severed as necessary; the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our practices, or applicable law. We will publish updates here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date, except where permitted by law. Continued Website use after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
